1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Jupiter Lens. Although, our pricing are very cost effective, so we don’t offer any refunds. If in any exceptional case, we will review the request and will offer a straightforward return.
2. Eligibility
- You may cancel the order within 4 hours of order placed time for a refund.
3. Initiating a Return
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at Contact Us page to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Securely package your item with the RMA number clearly marked on the package.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-7 days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to our error or a defective product.
6. Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service team to arrange for an exchange.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, a refund will be issued as per our refund policy.
- Additional Shipping cost may occur for exchange of product.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
8. Exceptions
- Customized or personalized eyewear products may not be eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
