At Jupiter Lens, we strive to ensure your shopping experience is seamless and your new eyewear reaches you quickly and safely. Below you’ll find all the information you need regarding our shipping and delivery policies.
1. Shipping Options
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Orders placed before 5 PM will be delivered the next business day.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method you choose and your delivery location. Below are our standard rates:
- Standard Shipping: ₹120
- Express Shipping: ₹200
- Overnight Shipping: ₹300
We offer free standard shipping on orders over ₹499.
3. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery on our website or the carrier’s website.

7. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain international destinations. If you have questions about shipping to your location, please contact us at contact us.

In the unlikely event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly. If your package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.
